Patagonia Uncharted

Discover Patagonia’s Hidden World
Our journey begins in the southernmost city on Earth, where the Beagle Channel opens up to Patagonia´s remote wilderness.

The Chilean fjords are among the wildest coastal landscapes on Earth. Massive granite peaks rise directly from the sea, immense glaciers spill into quiet bays, waterfalls cascade from hanging valleys, and ancient temperate rainforests cover islands that have never known roads.

Explore the enchanting lenga forests of Patagonia, where ancient trees, moss-covered ground and shifting light create an atmosphere of wild beauty and solitude. Walk beneath the canopy, breathe in the crisp mountain air and let the forest guide you into a landscape that feels timeless, remote and truly alive.

These nutrient-rich waters support an extraordinary web of life. Throughout the voyage, we may encounter humpback whales feeding in sheltered channels, playful dolphins, sea lions and fur seals, elephant seals resting on remote shores, Magellanic and gentoo penguins, albatrosses, cormorants, condors, and countless seabirds.

Feel the contrast between sailing through narrow, remote fjords surrounded by lush vegetation and arriving at impressive glaciers and vast valleys where silence rules. Living aboard Tilvera, anchoring deep in the fjords, we find our coziest place while nature becomes our playground. From kayaking and shore landings to walks, wild swimming, relaxing on the beach or simply taking in the surroundings, every day offers the freedom to explore, connect with nature and enjoy the adventure at your own pace.

Tilvera is teaming up with Rolfe Stange for this remarkable expedition because we share a deep respect for the places we explore and a commitment to experiencing them thoughtfully. His knowledge, experience and connection to these remote environments bring an extra level of depth to the journey, helping us explore with greater understanding, curiosity and care.
“This journey aims to rediscover the true meaning of exploration: choosing meaningful travel —rooted in love, experience, presence, and a profound connection to the living world, guided by those who inspire us to care for fragile ecosystems”
