SAFETY
The main reason why we decided to own this boat! Tilvera has a reputation for being an extremely safe, strong, and solid boat. She is strategically designed to cope with all weathers, and she finds herself most comfortable in wind conditions, especially in heavy storms!
COZYNESS
The Tilvera is a comfortable ship with beautiful cabins, spacious main saloon with a cozy library with inspiring books, a practical galley and a deck house seating area with panoramic views.
Freedom
Tilvera is one of the few Dutch vessels with license to sail around the world. Her strategic size is ideal to accommodate small groups. With a spacious deck and good access to the zodiacs used for landings Tilvera is the perfect platform for exploring the high latitudes and access remote places where other bigger ships cannot.

We enjoy taking care of you by offering the most delicious, healthy and abundant meals (mostly vegetarian) onboard, including some of our traditional recipes from Iceland and Spain!

- Please note that exact route and timings may vary depending on the wind and weather conditions. This is part of the adventure of sailing! Our strength is going with nature, never against, and still make the best out of every circumstance. Thus, there are plenty amazing places and alternative ways to explore these unique landscapes from the Tilvera.
- The official language onboard is English. Yet, German, Icelandic and Spanish is also spoken if needed on every tour.
- We recommend that you arrive at least one day before the tour starts and book your flight home at least one day after the tour finishes.
- Usually, check-in is the first day of the trip at noon, and check-out is the last day of the journey before 11:00 am.
