Don´t ask permission to fly. The wings are yours and the sky belongs to no one
Our first sailing season with “Tilvera” has been intense and very exciting. From April till September 2023, we have been exploring the Arctic. We sailed from the Netherlands to the north and explored the wonders of the Norwegian coast and up to Svalbard. In mid summer we crossed to Iceland and sailed to Scoresby Sound, Northeast Greenland, where we had an intense 8 weeks of exploring.
After all, we are proud and happy to realize that we have made it and that we have inspired many people along the way. “It feels amazing to see that what was just a dream a year ago, now became real thanks to a lot of work, patience and perseverance” – Heimir.
Step by step we advance on creating our own path with “Tilvera”. Now, winter is coming and it is time to squeeze our hearts and souls into next year’s ideas, expeditions and projects.
In year 2024, there will be exciting cooperations, exotic activities and challenges that we would love to share with the world. We are working to create something unique, a different way of exploring our planet, where we discover inside out and with the driving force to become better with ourselves and the natural world. We want to offer meaningful experiences that can lead a planetary change.
